BAMS is a 5.5-year medical course that trains students to become Ayurvedic doctors. It combines traditional Ayurvedic knowledge with basic modern medical science.
Regulatory Body: National Commission for Indian System of Medicine
Duration: 4.5 years academic study + 1 year compulsory rotatry internship.

- Qualify entrance exam – NEET
