    Himalayas, southern India, and other tropical regions.
  • Morphology: A large shrub with linear, lanceolate leaves that are dark green above. The
    flowers are tubular and come in various colors, including white, pink, and red. The fruits are
    cylindrical follicles containing numerous seeds.
